Cancellations and Deposits
At Jack Stillings Hairdressing, we value our clients' time and strive to provide exceptional service. In order to ensure that our stylists are available and prepared for each appointment, we have implemented a cancellation and deposit policy. This policy helps us maintain a smooth scheduling process and ensures that our clients receive the attention they deserve.
Deposit Requirement
For all new clients, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit secures your appointment and allows us to allocate the necessary resources to provide you with the best possible experience. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability.
Rescheduling Appointments
We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to reschedule your appointment. As long as you notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, you can reschedule your appointment up to 2 times without losing your deposit. We want to make sure that you have the flexibility to adjust your appointment to a time that works best for you.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. However, please note that if you cancel your appointment at any time, your deposit will be forfeited. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, but this policy allows us to manage our schedule effectively and offer our services to other clients who may be on our waiting list.
No-Show Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but if you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, your deposit will be lost. We have a standard 15 minute grace period on our appointments, however if you show up after this time we may not be able to carry out the service and your deposit will be lost. Additionally, in order to secure your future appointments, you will be required to pay another deposit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
